CLR4.0向けのアセンブリをPowerShellで使用する

powershell_ise.exe（またはpowershell.exe）のあるディレクトに，powershell_ise.exe.config（またはpowershell.exe.config）というファイルを作成する．ファイルの内容は以下ように設定する．

  <startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">
    <supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
  </startup>
</configuration>

useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicyは必要な人だけ．（.NET Framework 4.0で混合モードのアセンブリを読み込めない旨のエラー）
